Welcome!

My name is Gregg Sulzer, owner of GWS Coaching. Let me tell you a story.

There was this sixteen year old boy who grew up with all the gifts a child could want, a loving family, a successful doctor father, a beautiful home, support for all his dreams, and the belief that things would always stay that way. I lay out the main tenets of Finding your inner Yogi which give you the tools and map of how to reach your goals. It’s not an over-night fix and it requires the understanding that it will take some time, patience and some real courage.

With a commitment to grow and a mindset to take on the challenge of facing your fear, the process of change begins. We start with what I call the 6 Pillars of Positive growth;
